Terence Ng

With more than 25 years of experience in all types of corporate assignments ranging from restructuring, business reviews, due diligence and M&A deals, to insolvency and forensic accounting assignments, Terence has cross-functional skills in dealing with commercial, operational, financial and human resource matters. He has also been deeply involved in providing accounting and business support for growing businesses, including foreign entities expanding their businesses into Singapore.

As Managing Director, Terence is responsible for the firm’s overall direction and strategy. He plays a key role in driving the firm’s growth and business development, while acting as mentor and coach to our second-generation leaders across the firm.

Prior to setting up RHT Atlas in May 2023, Terence was the Chief Operating Officer at one of the largest corporate solutions providers in Singapore for more than three years. Terence was also a co-Founder and Managing Director of the Ardent group of companies since 2008.
