Kelvin Thio

With more than 25 years of experience in corporate restructuring, insolvency, forensic accounting assignments, litigation support and commercial sector work, Kelvin has worked on various receiverships and monitoring accountant assignments appointed by companies and financial institutions. He has substantial experience negotiating with creditors and financiers in restructuring debts of companies. Kelvin also has experience in overseeing the finance department and reporting functions of companies listed in the Stock Exchange of Singapore.

Prior to setting up RHT Atlas in May 2023, Kelvin was head of the Insolvency practice at one of the largest corporate solutions providers in Singapore for more than three years. Kelvin was also a co-Founder and Senior Director of the Ardent group of companies since 2008.
